ABOUT OUR FIRM:
Roy, Kiesel, Keegan & DeNicola was founded by Victor L. Roy, III and William
David Kiesel in 1970. The Firm developed into a full service, primarily
commercial, law firm with emphasis on business litigation and intellectual property,
including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, with a broad spectrum
of clients in business and technical matters. The Firm insists upon quality
representation of its clients in a cost-effective manner. Attorneys of
the firm are encouraged to participate in volunteer services to both the community

Intellectual Property
Roy, Kiesel, Keegan & DeNicola has provided legal advice on intellectual property matters for over thirty years. Our practice area embraces diverse technological fields, including biology, chemistry, physics, computers and computer software, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and nuclear engineering.

The firm has extensive litigation experience representing financial institutions, business corporations and state and federal regulatory agencies in financial fraud cases and in cases concenrning professional liability, real estate, insurance, contracts and other complex financial transactions.
