Mr. Thurmon is a former U.S. navy submarine officer, and now

Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Thurmon is also a member of
the AIPLA, the American Bar Association, the Texas State Bar
Association and the Houston Intellectual Property Law
Association. Mr. Thurmon is a former Professor of Law at the
Levin College of Law, University of Florida, and a former
Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Texas, former
general IP Counsel for W-H Energy Services, Inc., and former
law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Donald E. Walter.
